Intelligence & Investigations

From incident to evidence, findings and closure.

Sentrava gives security and investigation teams a structured case workspace connected to the mission that produced the incident. Open a case, assign investigators, preserve evidence, develop leads, coordinate tasks, document people and locations, resolve findings and close with an auditable outcome.

Case lifecycle

Open → triage → investigate → resolve → close.

01

Open from an incident

Promote a security case or operational incident into a full investigation without losing its source context.

02

Build the case record

Connect people, assets, locations, leads, tasks, notes and external references around one case identity.

03

Close with an outcome

Record resolution, referral, recovery, substantiation or unresolved status with an accountable case timeline.

Protective intelligence

Make investigations improve the next protected mission.

Threat profiles

Build reviewed profiles from recurring observations and case-linked indicators while preserving analytical confidence, caveats and source context.

Protective assessments

Translate reviewed intelligence into explicit risk judgements for missions, routes, assets, executives, cargo and sites, with intelligence gaps and review dates visible.

Advisories & lessons learned

Issue protective advisories only from approved assessments, then feed control gaps and successful measures from completed investigations back into future mission planning.

A correlation or indicator is not a finding of guilt or identity. Sentrava records confidence and caveats so human reviewers remain responsible for analytical conclusions and protective decisions.

Protected mission risk orchestration

Protection decisions should be completed before the journey starts.

Mission protection plans

Link approved protective assessments and advisories to cash-in-transit, goods, mineral, executive, state-mobility and other high-value movements.

Readiness gates

Track mandatory controls, route briefings, resilient communications, response plans, drones, security officers, escorts and other assigned resources before departure.

Residual-risk authority

High residual risk requires named acceptance, while status changes and command decisions remain part of the mission audit record and after-action learning cycle.

Mission readiness is a controlled operational decision. A risk score or advisory does not guarantee safety and does not replace responsible security judgement.

Joint operations & intelligence exchange

Coordinate with partners without losing case provenance.

Requests for information

Track case-linked requests for information, records, verification, preservation or assistance with purpose, authority context, due dates and accountable responses.

Joint-operation workspaces

Coordinate authorised partners around a shared objective while recording roles, authority constraints, schedules and deconfliction notes.

Controlled dissemination

Record what intelligence or sealed evidence package was shared, why it was shared, how it was handled and whether receipt was acknowledged.

Coordination records support accountability. Sentrava does not confer investigative or law-enforcement powers on any participant.

Evidence assurance

Evidence should remain attributable from preservation through disclosure and closure.

Integrity verification

Private evidence can be re-hashed against its preserved SHA-256 digest so authorised teams can identify missing or changed stored objects before review or closure.

Preservation holds

Active evidence-preservation, legal, client or supervisory holds prevent a case from being closed before the hold is formally released.

Sealed evidence packages

Selected evidence can be assembled into a controlled dossier with a sealed manifest hash for accountable review, referral or release.

Evidence-assurance controls support integrity and accountability; they do not by themselves determine evidentiary admissibility or replace legal chain-of-custody requirements imposed by a competent authority.

Cross-case intelligence

Investigations should not remain isolated records.

Entity intelligence

Represent people, vehicles, devices, cargo, companies and locations as searchable canonical entities with identifiers and case connections.

Relationship analysis

Record assessed links between entities with source context and confidence, while keeping analytical judgments separate from established facts.

Intelligence reporting

Create case-linked intelligence assessments with explicit confidence, source snapshots and a controlled draft-to-final workflow.

Cross-case correlations are investigative leads for authorised human review. A shared identifier or recorded relationship does not by itself establish identity, responsibility or wrongdoing.

Intelligence fusion & assurance

Raw information should be graded, reviewed and handed over accountably.

Source provenance

Register the provenance and reliability of human, technical, aerial, documentary and partner sources without confusing source reliability with the credibility of a specific report.

Information review

Grade information separately for source reliability and information credibility, maintain analyst review notes and move reports through controlled review and dissemination states.

Case assurance & handoff

Schedule supervisory or pre-closure reviews and record external referrals, disclosure scope, redaction notes, external references and acknowledgement.

Information grading supports structured analyst judgement. It does not by itself establish identity, guilt, intent or the truth of an allegation.

Case types

Transit-security investigations first, broader protective cases second.

Transit security

Cash-in-transit robbery, goods-in-transit theft, hijacking, cargo diversion, route compromise, device tampering and recovery-related investigations.

Protective intelligence

Suspicious activity, executive-security incidents, insider/security breaches and other protective investigations.

Missing-person support

Restricted missing-person and kidnapping-support cases can be managed as secondary case types for authorised teams, with appropriate law-enforcement coordination.

Sentrava is an investigation-management and coordination platform. It does not confer law-enforcement powers or replace competent public authorities.
